Requesting a Deposit or Seizure

1.0 Purpose:

This document establishes how to handle requests for deposits or seizures.

2.0 Persons Affected:

1) Fraud Analysts

3.0 Forms, Checklists, Flowchart:

1) Monthly deposit and seizure spreadsheet: [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(Month)-Daily Deps+Seizures.xls]. 2) Printable version: \\tpfs1nw\workflow$\HANDBOOK-FRAUD\Print Versions\Fraud Handbook\5.17 Requesting a Seizure or Deposit.doc

4.0 Policy:

1) Fraud Analysts handle deposit and seizure requests through the fraud operations mailbox <fraudoperations@fulltiltpoker.com>.  This mailbox is accessed through <http://mail.fulltiltpoker.com/login.php>.  This mailbox is checked daily by Fraud Analysts on all shifts. 2) Seizure requests are initiated to seize funds from players confirmed guilty of involvement in fraudulent activity.  Accounts that receive funds from hacked player accounts  Collusion  Chargebacks 3) Deposit requests are initiated to compensate innocent players who were financially impacted by fraudulent activity.  Hacked accounts  Victims of collusion 4) Always alert a Fraud Team Lead or the Fraud Manager to seizure or deposit discrepancies.

5.0 Procedure:

A) Deposit Requests 1) Notate the player account with: “DEPOSIT: $XXXX, request sent. Reason for deposit: XXXXXXX”.

2) Open the deposit and seizure spreadsheet for the current month in [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(Month)-Daily Deps+Seizures.xls]. 3) Enter the deposit details: a) b) c) d) e) f) Date Type: Deposit Player ID Amount Fraud Analyst Email Required: Yes/No 

A player will need to be sent an email when the deposit is complete if they have not been informed of the deposit, or if the status of their account will change. g) Item Actioned – Leave blank h) Fraud Analyst – Leave blank i) Email Sent – Leave blank j) Additional Notes: Enter a brief explanation of the reason for the deposit.  Collusion Victim  Hacked Account 4) Save and close the spreadsheet. B) Seizure Requests 1) Notate the player account with: “SEIZURE: $XXXX, request sent. Reason for seizure: XXXXXX”.

2) Open the deposit and seizure spreadsheet for the current month in [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(Month)-Daily Deps+Seizures.xls]. 3) Enter the seizure details: a) b) c) d) e) f) Date Type: Seizure Player ID Amount Fraud Analyst Email Required: Yes/No 

C) Sending the Daily Seizure and Deposit Requests 1) At 7:30am daily, open the deposit and seizure requests spreadsheet for the current month located in [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(Month)Daily Deps+Seizures.xls]. 2) Create two green rows immediately beneath seizure and deposit requests for the previous day and enter the following information: a) Date Sent: DD-Month-YY when the daily requests are being sent. b) Sent By: Name of Fraud Analyst sending the requests. 3) Save the spreadsheet. 4) Highlight the rows containing seizure and deposit requests for the previous day. 5) Select Ctrl+C to copy the selected content. 6) Create a new spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. 7) Select Ctrl+V to paste the content copied from the spreadsheet into the new spreadsheet. 8) Save spreadsheet as [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(today’s date MMDDYY).xls].  S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\082707.xls 9) Access the fraud operations mailbox located at http://mail.fulltiltpoker.com/login.php. a) Attach the spreadsheet to a new email and send it to the corresponding addresses:  Deposit requests: <lfarrel@tiltproof.ca> and <rmurphy@tiltproof.ca>.  Seizure requests: <fraudoperations@pocketkings.ie>. 10) Delete the daily spreadsheet from [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS] after it has been sent.  The information is recorded on the monthly spreadsheet. D) Receiving a Seizure or Deposit Confirmation 1) Open emails in the fraud operations mailbox that are responses to deposit and seizure requests. 2) Open the deposit and seizure requests spreadsheet for the current month located in [S:\FTP_FRAUD\DAILY REPORTS\(Month)-Daily Deps+Seizures.xls] 3) Enter the email information in the following columns for the corresponding day in the spreadsheet: a) Date RCVD: the date the email was received.

Tiltproof Incorporated b) RCVD BY: Name of the agent receiving the email. c) Item Actioned: Yes/No d) Fraud Analyst: Name of the agent doing the required actions e) Email Sent: Yes/No 4) If the “Email Required” column is “Yes”, email player with the appropriate template and enter “Yes” under “Email Sent”.
