Scheduling:

By creating a leadership schedule, parents know well in advance which meetings they will lead and have ample time to plan.

Responsibilities: Ask each parent to sign up for two dates to lead a den meeting Parents who do not have other den responsibilities should lead the extra meetings if they cannot be evenly divided. Parents can choose which activities they will cover if they have a preference. Make sure parents know that if they cannot lead the meeting they signed up for, it is their responsibility to switch with someone else. Make a copy of the leadership schedule for all parents. Make a copy of the leadership schedule for Cub Master and turn in at first pack meeting.
