CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN STAR HOTELS

ABSTRACT Today is an era of Globalization, the product and services can be easily available anywhere at any time. The customers have many varieties of options for goods or services. The hotel sector has grown in very huge aspects. So the main motive of this field survey is to study the level of customer’s satisfaction in Star Hotels. Now in this competitive world, the service and satisfaction of customers provided by the type of Star Hotels must be standard. Thus we can make out the Statistical, Economical and Financial aspect of customers.

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

1. To study the facilities provided by star hotels are up to date or not. 2. Measures taken by Hotel Administration for maintaining the customer delight. 3. What are the various aspects or factors which customers look in Star Hotels.
