Flachlitzenverbinder / flat rolled copper connections

Verbindungen aus E-Cu-Flachlitzen werden eingesetzt, um elektrische Anschlsse flexibel zu berbrcken und um mechanische Bewegungen auszugleichen. Die Flexibilitt der Litzen wird beeinflut durch den Durchmesser der Einzeldrhte (0,05 mm bis 0,20 mm) sowie dem Querschnitt und dem Aufbau der Geflechte. Als Anschlsse werden gefertigt: tauchverzinnte Enden, verpresste Kupferhlsen, Messinghlsen und Kabelschuhe, sowie Sondereinfassungen aus Kupfer- oder Messingblech. Als Standard stellen wir alle Litzen und Anschlsse in blanker oder verzinnter Ausfhrung her. Sonderanfertigungen vernickelt, oder versilbert sind, auf Anfrage mglich.

They work as flexible connections between electrical contacts, and they balance mechanical movements. The flexibility of the connections is influenced by the diameter of the single wires (0,05 to 0,20 mm ) as well by the cross section and the construction of the netting. Following connections are possible: dip-soldered ends, pressed tubes of copper or brass, terminals as well as specially designed ends of brass or copper sheet. Our standard is made of plain or tinned copper wire. Special versions are either nickel or silver plated.

Rundlitzenverbinder / round stranded copper connections

Rundlitzen werden als leitende Verbindungen dort eingesetzt, wo eine hohe Flexibilitt in allen Bewegungsrichtungen erforderlich ist. Sie bestehen aus E-Cu-Rundseil blank oder verzinnt in Anlehnung an DIN 46438 mit Einzeldrhten von 0,05 mm bis 0,10 mm. Die Kabelenden werden nach Kundenwunsch mit Cu-Hlsen so wie mit Rohr-, Press- oder Quetschkabelschuhen verpresst. Fr spezielle Anwendungen sind auch rundverpresste Anschlsse mglich. Alle Litzen knnen mit Silicon-, PVC-, oder Schrumpfschlauch isoliert, geliefert werden.

Round stranded copper connections are conductive with a high flexibility for all directions of movements. They are either plain or tinned, similar to DIN 46 438, with single wires of 0,05 mm up to 0,10 mm. The ends can be pressed with copper tubes or with terminals. For special applications also round shaped pressed connections are possible. All cables can be provided with insulations such as silicon, PVC, or shrinking sleeves.
