People who work or are involved with hands-
on jobs such as miners. worker employed people are called labor. But in Karl Marx (1818-1883)'s philosophy it means work that is undertaken for pay.

and among them 37.4% is production and transport sector 1% of employed people in clerical occupation 4.
.Present condition of labor in Bangladesh
Labor forces of the country is 60.5% in sales 1. 51% of employment is covered by agriculture 6.81% are female.2% in service sector.
Problems that faces our labor
working hour No facilities for women Low wages
There should be a proper use of laws
Labor should paid ethically Child labor should be banned Inspire more female to come in to work
force Make facilities for women workers Make work place secure for both male and female.
. Though there are many laws in our country to protect their rights and improve their condition but we can not see any implementation of those laws. Their living standard is very low. Not only that as a Bangladeshi they also deprived from their basic needs. So to improve their condition all walks of life should come forward.Conclusion
So at the end we say that present condition of labor in our country is not so good. They are regarded as a low class people in our society though without them we can not think our single day.
