Mn hc cung cp c s l thuyt v s thay i trong t chc. Vi s nhn mnh vo qu trnh thay i ch khng phi kt qu ca s thay i, ni dung mn hc s gip sinh vin c cch nhn cn i v s thay i trong t chc. Mn hc cp n cc vn v tnh cp thit ca s thay i, li ch ca s thay i i vi t chc, v tc ng ca n n cc c nhn trong t chc v l do ti sao cc t chc li tham gia vo cc chng trnh thay i (change programmes).

F. Phng thc tin hnh mn hc (how to study this course?)


Mn hc ny c tin hnh bng cch ging trn lp, sinh vin chia thnh nhm nh tho lun vi tng ch . C th nh sau: Ging bi v thc hnh trn lp 1. S gi ging l 30 tit (70% thi lng ca mn hc) c xen k vi 12 tit tho lun tnh hung ti lp. Ging bng ting Vit c ch thch ting Anh cho cc thut ng. Sinh vin c gio trnh bng ting Anh & mt vi ti liu pht thm bng ting Vit. 2. Trc khi n lp sinh vin c trc nh ni dung bi ging & chng sch gio khoa quy nh trong cng. 3. Sau khi ging xong ni dung, sinh vin s thc hnh ngay thng qua tho lun nhm & trnh by trc lp xem mnh hiu y nhng khi nim, k thut no cha. 4. Nu c cu hi thm hoc cn trao i vi ging vin, sinh vin c th gi email, hoc gp trc tip vi ging vin theo lch hn trc.

1. Thuyt minh v cch nh gi kt qu hc tp Sinh vin hc mn Qun tr s thay i s c nh gi trn 3 loi hnh: a) Bi tp tho lun trn lp Sinh vin c chia thnh cc nhm, mi nhm 3-5 ngi. Mi nhm s c giao tho lun 1 tnh hung hoc 1 in cu (case study) ngay ti lp. Ging vin s cho im bi tp tho lun nhm ti lp. Ngoi ra, sinh vin no pht biu hoc t cu hi hay c th nhn thm im thng (tng cng khng qu 0.5 im) v c cng vo im bi tp tho lun nhm. Phn im ny chim 20% tng s im ca mn hc. b) Kim tra c nhn gia k Kim tra gia k s tin hnh trong 60 pht. thi s gm cu hi trc nghim v l thuyt v cu hi t lun v mt tnh hung. Sinh vin khng c s dng ti liu. Phn im ny chim 20% tng s im ca mn hc c) Thi cui hc k Thi cui hc k s tin hnh trong 90 pht. thi s gm cu hi trc nghim v l thuyt v cu hi t lun v mt tnh hung. Sinh vin khng c s dng ti liu. Phn im ny chim 60% tng s im ca mn hc 2. Bng tm tt cc hnh thc nh gi Thnh phn Bi tp tho lun nhm Thi lng Tm tt bin php nh gi SV chia nhm 3-5 ngi tho lun theo bi cho trc. Chm im theo Trng s 20% Thi im Sut qu trnh hc trang 2
