Connect to network (LAN)

Connect LAN cable to SW (switch port) in the diagram below. The switch port should be connected to network segment to Xchange server. 2. Connect administrators configuring computer to the phone which is noted as PC in below diagram port

Obtain the IP address of phone and go to web administration page. The default does not have password protected for admin log-in. Go to advance configuration page.

Note: Subscriber registration valid for 20 SIP phones on each xchange server: sipphone1, sipphone2, sipphone3, etc.. password is same as User ID.

Phone Ready?
If you see the green light [ON] beside the LCD display and see text [sipphone1] that mean your phone is ready and register properly to VIZADA XCHANGE as SIP Phone number 1.

Making phone call

To place a call, simply dial 0 and follow the audio guided operator from XCHANGE server. Example: Press 2 for VoIP. Then use will required PIN assigned by Captain on baord, remember the # key. After PIN, dialling string to destination is 00+<country code>+<phone number>#. Please note that some waiting minutes for call set-up being made, Generally about 50 seconds. When user hear the remaining balance audio by operator; call is good it is ringing on the other party.
