• 826 passenger boardings this past weekend (9/8-9/9)

USC Games
• Partnered with Metro on creative to encourage USC fans to take Expo line to USC games • Information displayed on our website

Connectivity: TRANSporter Results
• First week in August: averaged 80 passengers a day • First week in September: averaged 124 passengers a day • 41% of passengers are Metrolink transfers

Launched: August 6 Provides Metrolink extension for mid-day trains on the Antelope Valley line

Connectivity: SunLine (Commuter Link 220)
• Launched September 10 • Connects Metrolink Riverside Station with Casino Morongo and Palm Desert • Free connection for Metrolink riders in Zone 1 (to Casino Morongo)

Partnerships: Disney Meeting
• Meeting with Disney corporate on August 24 • Outcomes • Identified opportunities to cross promote • Disney to consolidate ideas/suggestions and summon the group in the next couple of months

Potential Service to San Diego
Market Analysis on the Following:
• Weekday
• M-F commuter schedule starting in downtown San Diego making all stops to Los Angeles and reverse for the afternoon commute • M-F southbound service from Fullerton to San Diego and return

• Weekend
• S-S service starting in San Bernardino on the IEOC line to San Diego making all stops (reverse service included) • S-S service starting in Los Angeles on the Orange County line to San Diego making all stops (reverse service included)

Potential Service to San Diego
• Metrolink would operate service to/from Oceanside Transit Center • North County Transit District (NCTD) would operate a Metrolink train set south of Oceanside • All conductors, crew and engineers would be under the control of NCTD south of Oceanside • Trains would be required to double spot for ADA passengers south of Oceanside until permanent ramps are built to accommodate Metrolink trains

Potential Service to San Diego
Proposed Ticketing Structure:
• Weekday
• Fare tables will be combined, keeping both parties whole for current fares

• Weekend
• Fare tables can be combined, however, NCTD does not have a Weekend Pass. NCTD has a Saturday Day Pass and a Sunday Day Pass.

• Other Outstanding Fare Issues
• Difference between senior age (Metrolink- 65, NCTD- 60)

Potential Service to San Diego
• Working with NCTD and Member Agencies to develop marketing plan • Looking into integration of Coaster timetable into our schedule
MOU: • MOU will need to address frequency of schedule changes and fare adjustments.
