 This
month’s
AIA
HC
Committee
presentation
will
provide
you
with
another
OSHPD
update
–
what’s
new
 and
exciting
in
the
world
of
hospital
plan
check
review,
specifically
focusing
on
the
impacts
of
SB‐1953,
 SB‐499
and
SB‐90
changing
regulations,
extensions
and
deadlines.

In
addition,
as
an
outcome
of
many
 facilities
desire
to
pull
out
certain
buildings
from
their
Acute
Care
services,
OSHPD
has
developed
their
 most
recent
Code
Application
Notice
(CAN
1‐6‐1.4.5.1.4).

Come
and
learn
what
this
CAN
is
all
about,
 and
how
it
may
impact
your
work
and
the
facilities
for
which
you
provide
services.

The
nuances
of
this
 CAN
are
complicated,
and
gaining
a
clearer
understanding
of
it
from
the
authors
will
be
sure
to
 enlighten
you.
