Cup - Walk

Like for any other sport you need to be mentally and physically prepared.

But the most of all, you need to have a sense of fun.

’Cause this sport is called Cup - Walk.

Rules:

- take one plate and an appropriate cup (size and weight of each needs to be standardized), - place them on your head, - and walk as fast as you can, or run even, - race track is 1 km long, - and the winner is the one who reaches the goal first with cup and plate still on its head.

You can do it alone, with friends or take it to Olympics.
