When a receptionist in the doctor’s waiting room is uncourteous. This understanding helps the process of communication as the speaker can modify his/her techniques accordingly. we need to choose the appropriate one for different settings. Communication process ends with feedback. This is when the patients may not say everything they wanted to express as they may feel worried.
