Clutch and Rock & Roll followed a Cobra convoy headed to the West Coast and made a startling discovery: Cobra is setting up a new headquarters in California. Three kids loitering in the abandoned gated community that Cobra takes over have been taken prisoner and the two G.I. Joe members need to move fast to rescue them. Meanwhile, Darklon's escape from the pit leads G.I.
