Launch strategy and Expansion Plan

The Cha – Bar would be launched in major metros such as New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai in the first phase. Only one or two outlets per city would be opened. Locations would be selected based on the survey i.e. major market or big malls where the target crowd would come in plenty. The concept would be tested for a year and if the results are favorable. In the second phase more outlets would be opened in the same cities. If the company is too successful and rapid expansion is required, the franchise route would be taken and expansion accelerated. In the third phase we would target tier 2 cities such as Jaipur, Pune and Ahmedabad etc. For the fourth phase depending on the success of our service in India, we would plan to go abroad to countries, which have high percentage of tea drinkers.
