Actual and Punitive Damages for Nuisance in Tort 2. Section 1983 Damages against Landlord 3. Fair Housing Act Damages against Landord 4. Implied Warranty of Habitability Damages against Landlord for Substandard: Tap drinkin g water ; electricity; air conditioning; heating; air quality; sound proofing; lack of fire door; and Damages against Landlord for Tenant Repair and Deduct and Reduced rent for Tenant for Landlord non compliance with Implied Warranty of Habitability 5. Damages for Landlord violation of the American's with Disabilities Act 6. Damages for Malicious Prosecution re Wrongful Eviction attempt by Landlord Jury Trial Demanded Pugh vs. Holmes, PA Supreme Court Case 1973 see also the Case of Lugar vs. Edmudson Oil U.S 1982
