(PA) This Article describes the Essence of Property: 1. In the first instance, property is a thing-in-itself 2. When you take possession and control of property which is a thing-in-itself, then that property becomes a thing-for-you 4. You have bare legal title to property when you have constructive possession of property but not actual possession 5. Full legal title to property includes both bare legal title and actual possession 6. You have a natural law right to defend you ownership or title or possession of your property in a state of nature prior to the operation of a State Legal System which defends and enforces property rights 7. The reasonable, and individual right of property title or ownership includes the right to reasonably: exclude others, to reasonably use your property as you wish subject to reasonable nuisance law, and to convey your property to another by gift, sale, inheritance or intestacy
