Pellet Retrieval Pipette Technical description novel device consists aspirates treated sperm This tube, where the insideof an insert within a centrifuge of the central channel never
comes in contact with semen or the gradient, thereby protecting the sperm from recontamination when collecting the pellet. The outer chamber of the ProInsert is designed for easy layering of PureSperm gradient and the semen sample into the tube prior to density gradient preparation. The central channel is designed for the safe and easy retrieval of the sperm pellet using a Pellet Retrieval Pipette after the density gradient preparation.

After centrifugation the sperm pellet is transferred to a second tube containing PureSperm Wash using a new pipette for a washing centrifugation.
