cans kidney beans (1 drained) 1 28oz can crushed tomatoes 1 16oz. thick and chunky salsa 1 4oz can diced green chiles 1 to 2 Tb. diced jalapenos ½ C. dry white wine 3 Tb. chili powder 1 Tb. ground cumin 1 Tb. dried oregano, crushed 2 tsp. salt Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion and garlic; cook until no longer pink; drain. Stir in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 hour.
