Viewing our website behind firewalls and inside school networks
We are getting reports from users who experience problems when they attempt to view our website from inside their work's network. A lot of our users are counselors or teachers, so they often are accessing their EduGuide account from a computer at school, such as a high school or middle school, or a college. I was wondering if you could give me feedback about any problems that you've experienced while viewing on your computers. I know that a number of the testers are students at BYU, making you the best testers because you are inside the same type of network environment.
