Dear Participant, Life is about negotiation. Please note on the following sheet one situation where you are involved in a negotiation situation or that you might encounter in the future. We might use this case study throughout the workshop. Please e-mail this sheet to info@berlitz-business-seminare.de in advance and bring it to the seminar. The topic can be work-related (but it should be understandable, i.e. not too technical), or a topic from your private life. Examples: Have you ever: Bought a house? Bought a second-hand car? Gone on vacation with your spouse? Asked your kids to tidy their room? Asked for a pay-rise? Had a performance review? Conducted a performance review? Managed a project? Presented a business case? Sold anything?
