Where are the recipes?

Many people have asked for the recipes which I use to


make the items featured in my blog. Originally, the sole
purpose of my little blog was to provide a medium of
self-expression during my personal transition from
ophthalmology to professional pastry, through the
written word and photography. It was never meant to
be instructive. Although I am extremely flattered that
anyone would even want a recipe, the body of recipes
which I use are from unpublished sources (accumulated
from school and work experience) and I do not feel at
liberty to send them into cyberspace. Occasionally, when
I do use or adapt a published recipe, I am happy to
include the reference! Thanks for understanding!
