ADOBONG TUYO

1 kilo chicken or pork 5 cloves garlic ¼ c vinegar ¼ c water Salt and pepper to taste Cooking oil

Combine ingredients in a pan, adjusting seasoning when necessary. Let boil until chicken is cooked, no stirring. As soon as water is nearly dry, add cooking oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with tomato garnish.
