Nodulocystic basal cell carcinoma constitutes about 70% of all basal cell carcinoma. of small hyperchromatic cells in the dermis with connection to the overlying epidermis by nar Peripheral nuclear palisading. Stroma is fibromyxoid. Stroma retracts from the tumor lobules due to formalin fixation.

 
