Pizza

Dough 1 package yeast ( 1T.) 1 cup water (105 - 115) 1 1/2 t. sugar 1 t. salt 1 1/2 t. margarine (optional) 2 1/2 - 3 cups flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar. Add salt and most of flour to form dough. Add remaining flour if necessary. Knead for 10 minutes by hand or 3 minutes in mixer/processor. (If possible, let double in volume before forming into loaf.) Place in a bowl and brush with oil. Cover. Refrigerate 2 - 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before baking. Toppings 7 oz. pizza sauce 2 C of mozzarella cheese cooked toppings of your choice Roll out on greased cookie sheet/pizza pan, covered with cornmeal. Top with 8 oz. pizza sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasonings. Put on toppings, such as italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, etc. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake on lowest oven rack at 425 for 20 minutes
