Data in ACCESS is organized in the form of tables. Within tables, records are arranged according to a common reference value known as primary key or the key field. The value in the key field is different for every record and thus helps in uniquely identifying records. A combination of two or more fields can also be used as the primary key. Since the value in one table can be replicated across other tables. There should be a way to maintain a relation between the two tables.
