Gold dropped more than 1 percent to its lowest in two weeks on Friday on signs the U.S. Federal
Reserve is worried about its highly simulative monetary policy which, if stopped, would threaten
bullion's appeal as a hedge against inflation. But lower prices spurred buying from jewelers in Indonesia, Thailand and India. SPDR Gold Trust the world's biggest gold-backed exchange-traded fund,
remained unchanged at 1340 tons on Thursday. Outlook: Gold is expected to trade with negative
bias and later take cues from US Economic data (Jobs data) and US dollar index.
