Weisen Suprema

This was one of the best extract wheat beers I made. Don�t compromise on the
yeast, 3068 + warm fermentation = happiness. Enjoy.

8 lbs Wheat Malt Extract


1 lb Belgian Pilsen Malt
1 lb Munich Malt
1 lb Flaked Wheat
4 ozs 20L Crystal
1.5 ozs Hallertau
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephaner

1. Make a yeast starter 48 hours in advance for best results, or pitch on a yeast
cake.
2. Steep grains in 150F water for 30 minutes.
3. Remove grains and add extract, bittering hops. Boil for 45 minutes.
4. Add aroma hops and boil for 10 minutes.
5. Cool wort to 75F and pitch yeast.
