Today marks another momentous occasion not only to me, but also to the incoming president of the Pupil Government Organization of this institution, La Salette of Jones, Inc. and his fellow officers. This is both a beginning and an end. Today marks the end of my
responsibility as the president of the pupil body but it is just a beginning of a new chapter of life. Few months from now, I shall enter a new phase of life. The hardships I’ve encountered and the success I’ve gained will by my foundation for whatever path I shall take. At this momentous occasion, I’m about to hand in this key of responsibility to the newly elected Pupil Government Organization president, my successor. But before saying good bye to this key of responsibility, I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to those persons who joined and rendered their unending support throughout my journey. To the school administrators, faculty and staff, thank you for providing us with a great venue to enhance our hidden talents, skills and potentials that brought out the best of us. Truly indeed, we have come to a realization that lead us to the way of bringing us our second home to which our personalities were nurtured and raised fully grown individuals and inculcating in us the La Salette’s mission, goals and objectives and as well as the core values such as Excellence, Mary’s Fiat, Prayer, Penance and Zeal, Stewardship and Solidarity. You instilled in us the values of discipline and persistence. You gave us the courage to stand firm in what we believe in and the bravery to deal with different people. To those who have been part of my journey, most especially to my loving parents and brother, to those who unceasingly shared a part of their lives and to those who inspired and motivated me to move on despite the struggles and difficulties of life, thank you for being always there. To my fellow officers, for the friendship and the gift of life, to all the good times we were together that strengthened our ties, thank you so much. Though a new batch of
