Breakfast Burritos

Method to cook
Heat oil in a non stick pan then slice the onion. Thinly slice the sausages then put onion and sausages in the pan and sauté. Take the pan off the heat. Add the chilled butter and mix then add eggs and cook while stirring it to scramble. However, do not overcook. Add cream, salt and pepper powder and mix then add cheese and mix. Keep a tortilla on the work top and put a portion of filling in the center. Place four broccoli florets in a line followed by jalapeno slices and lettuce then roll tightly. Make other burritos similarly and serve immediately.
