Okra w/ Tomato-Lemon Sauce

I Ingredients:1 lb. fresh okra, soaked overnight, and cut into smaller pieces.1 l large onion, thinly sliced4 TB olive oil3 cloves garlic, finely chopped2 t tomatoes, sliced1 TB coriander seed, crushedSalt and black pepper, to taste2 S T TB fresh lemon juice Directions:Fry the sliced onions in olive oil until lightly D browned. Add the okra and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the sliced tomatoes and garlic, stir and fry for another 10 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water, salt & pepper, and the crushed coriander seeds, and simmer for another 45 minutes. Add lemon juice and simmer for another 15 minutes b before serving.
