Probability sampling is a sampling technique wherein the samples are gathered in a process that gives all the individuals in the population equal chances of being selected.

Selecting Parts and Ids

start with 10th and go on adding 50 i.e. 10th,60th,110th For ids ::

sum of factorial of each digit of last id. eg : 1316

then 1!+3!+1!+6! = 728.

Defining process
For randomizing we have used the pin code and the unique serial number in the list . For example: Pin code be 411038 and the serial number be 345 then voters id will be 411038-345

411038-345 4+1+1+0+3+8+3+4+5 = 29 29/9 = 3.22 So take the third house from the address in the voter list
