Performanele survenite n nvmntul superior,


dezvoltarea tehnologiilor informaionale i necesitile
didactice ale colii au provocat revizuirea radical a
preocuprilor tiinifice ale Bibliotecii Universitare din
Bli. O direcie important a devenit ntocmirea indicilor
bibliografici pe teme de stringent
actualitate i
importan, precum Asistena social i Managementul
educaiei.
Deoarece administrarea este o activitate complex
i multiaspectual, muli manageri consider necesar a se
documenta n aceast privin. Cum s-i structurezi
activitile, cum s practici anumite stiluri manageriale,
cum s faci fa impactului tehnologiei informaionale, s
inovezi, s evaluezi performanele ?
Lucrarea are scopul de a pune la dispoziia
specialitilor informaii referitoare la volumele extrem de
utile din domeniul dirijrii nvmntului. Considerm,
c aceast prim ncercare n Republica Moldova de-a
aduna n coperile unei publicaii o bibliografie n mai
multe limbi, va nlesni cu siguran activitatea inerent
nu numai unui director de coal, a adjuncilor,
profesorilor, a cadrelor didactice universitare, a
studenilor , viitori organizatori i manageri instituionali

consultate nlesnesc consultarea acestui volum, care
sperm s devin un instrument indispensabil de lucru
pentru managerii din domeniul nvmntului.

ARGUMENT
Managementul educaiei n condiiile actuale
reprezint o disciplin din tiinele pedagogice, care studiaz
evenimentele ce intervin n decizia organizrii unei activiti
pedagogice determinate i n gestiunea programelor educative.
Managementul pedagogic reprezint dou aspecte
mari: metodologia abordrii globale optime strategice a
activitii de educaie (managementul sistemului i al
procesului de nvmnt) i un model de conducere a unitii
de baz a sistemului de nvmnt (managementul
organizaiei colare).
Reieind din faptul c elaborarea conceptului de
management pedagogic presupune preluarea informaiei
provenite din alte tiine socioumane, care analizeaz
activitatea de conducere exercitat la diferite niveluri ale
sistemului social, este foarte important de-a elabora un ghid
bibliografic.
Ghidul bibliografic va permite preluarea informaiilor
despre management, dezvoltate de alte tiine socioumane,
preluare care solicit operaionalizarea urmtoarelor caliti
transferabile n managementul pedagogic:
Calitatea valorificrii eficiente a tuturor resurselor
instituiei respective (preluat din managementul
economic);
Calitatea conducerii instituiei respective la nivelul
sistemului social global i la nivelul relaiilor specifice
comunitii sau (micro) grupurilor existente (preluat din
managementul sociologic);
Calitatea dirijrii intereselor cu grad ridicat de
generalitate, exprimat n termeni de tiin i art a
conducerii (preluat din managementul politologic);

Calitatea orientrii depline a resurselor personalitii


angajate n plan intern i n planul relaiilor
interumane de (micro) grup (preluat din
managementul psihosocial).
