As well as, if there is time , Salo: 120 Days of Sodom by mmm, For movies placed on reserved, which are not on this list, such as Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton, see Course Reserves on our Bb site. Please give me until Feb 11th to get these movies up on reserves. We will put each of these movies in the reverses after we watch them together, with the exception of some films which will not be shown in class but are approved and might be of interest. NOTE: IF you want to analyses, research and create a paper using a film we have not watch, simply email me with your film idea, and we can give you permission to go ahead and do this or that.

*if a film is too much for you and you really have a problem watching said film, then please quietly excuse yourself or do not show up the days of the film BUT email and let me know that is the reason you are not attending class… we highly encourage you to go beyond your comfort zone but we only encourage, never require… for instance I had a student who had an extreme fear of clowns and Marat/Sade was too much for them to deal with, they were literally getting ill watching the film, as such, they were excused without penalty
