sugar 2 TBS yeast Mix and let proof for 10 min, should look foamy. Add: 2 cups warm water 1/2 c. sugar 1 heaping TBS salt 1/2 c. oil 2- 4 cups cubed sharp chedder cheese (depending on how cheesy you want them) 8 cups all purpose flour (start by mixing in 5c. flour,then add 2 more c. flour then knead in last cup) let rise1 hour covered divide into 24 parts, shape into buns. Let rise 1 hour coverd again. sprinkle with shredded cheese. bake at 375 F for 15-20 min until slightly golden on top. let cool for an hour.
