Age: Middle age or older adults. Lesions are flat or barely elevated and sharply demarcated. Location: Head and neck, trunk, limbs. Microscopic: Keratinocytes in the lesion show nuclear and cytoplasmic enlargement which are sharply demarcated from normal adnexa and adjacent epidermis.
