Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is the most common type of cutaneous vasculitis defined by fibrinoid necrosis ( eosinophilic degeneration ) of vessel wall, neutrophilic infiltration of the vessel wall, karyorrhexis of the neutrophils with nuclear dust and extravasation of red cells in the perivascular dermal tissue.
