Title 6 Chapter 3 Section 19 Same; building permits and certificates of Occupancy

(a) Building permit required. It shall be unlawful to commence the excavation or filling
of any lot for any construction of any building or commence construction of any
building or to commence the moving, demolition or alteration of any building,
commence the cutting or removal of any tree that is greater than six (6) inches in
diameter until the City Clerk has issued a building permit for such work.
