DINUGUAN INGREDIENTS (22 servings): 2 kilos kasim (sliced in squares) 1 pcs whole garlic, diced 2 onion, diced 1 tbsp

diced ginger (laya) 1.5 liter water 2 pcs pork cubes 1 cup salt 10 pcs black pepper, plactic retail pack 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 plastic square container dugo 2 lapad vinegar 26 to 30 pcs green siling labuyo 3 tsp vetsin 7 tbsp corn starch DIRECTIONS: 1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger, then add pork. 2. Add water salt, pork cubes, black pepper, brown sugar until pork is tender. 3. Add blood, mix for 5 minutes. 4. When blood is black, add vinegar do not mix. 5. Add green sili and vetsin. 6. Add corn starch to thicken.
