Officer Nathan Lyons and Officer Sean Wilson Officers were dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident on Main Street near Stonepound Lane. Upon investigation of the accident, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving under the influence. Bryan Prudhomme, DOB: 9/23/1988 of 65 Sawyer Avenue in Atkinson, NH was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence. Prudhomme will be arraigned on February 25, 2013 in the 10th Circuit District Division - Plaistow.
