dough Optional – ¼ cup sour milk (maas), use less milk if using maas Ghee or oil for frying Method Sift all ingredients and add ghee mix with milk until you get a soft smooth dough. Roll out into circles about 3mm in thickness. Fry in hot ghee or oil until pale gold in colour.
