LEGEND: -FEMALE -MALE -CLIENT -HYPERTENSION -DECEASED C.I G.B G.B

NARRATIVE: We interviewed our clients aunt (F.H) about the maternal side, since our client said to us that she only knew few things about her maternal side. F.H told us that her mother is still alive and has no disease while her father died because of an accident ( he fell from the coconut tree and he was DOA ). She said that her father has no disease. There are 8 children in the family. The eldest (P.H) died because of hypertension. M.H, H.H, L.F,V.B, and A.H have no disease and still living. Our respondent (F.H) has hypertension. The mother of our client (I.B) died at the age of 42 because of thyroid stone.

On the paternal side, we interviewed her father (S.B). He told us that his mother (H.B) died because of age and has no disease while his father (S.B) because of cardiac arrest due to hypertension. There are 4 children in the family. The eldest child (N.B) died at the age of 40 because of his hypertension. The second child (F.B) was an alcoholic drinker, which caused him liver failure and death. M.C, the third child, died because of her pregnancy and lastly our respondent (S.B) said that he doesnt have any hypertension or any other diseases.

He told us that he has 3 children namely C.I, G.B, and G.B. He said that his eldest child (C.I) have no disease as well as our client (G.B) and his youngest child (G.B).

To conclude this, we found out that it is prominent in their family to have hypertension and to which it was commonly cause of their death. She might be at risk of having PIH as we have traced it from her both sides. There was no significance of patients history to her current condition of genital warts since it is not a hereditary disease and cannot be associated with the common disease as mentioned above.
