GARLIC AND PARSLEY BREAD Ingredients French loaf (baguette) 1

Butter

200 grams

Garlic, finely chopped

15-20 cloves

Fresh parsley, finely chopped Method 1. 2. 3. 4.

2-3 tablespoons

Preheat oven to 180C. Slice the baguette diagonally without cutting through. Mix garlic and parsley with butter well. Apply this in between the slices. Wrap the loaf in aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for ten minutes. Turn once and bake for further 10 minutes. 5. Serve with laksa.
