Teach in a 4th grade classroom with a diverse student body of 29 students; 9 ELL students, 1 ADHD and possible Tourette syndrome, 12 students below reading level, 10 students gifted Differentiate lesson plans to reach all students every day. Give instruction in writing to 20 entering level ELL students, daily for an hour. Develop and implement a classroom management plan specific for the students this year including; rules, consequences, rewards, and individual contracts with 4 students.
