Once upon a time there was a family of partridges who lived under a hedge beside a bridge. The two boy partridges of the family, Mark and Sledge, liked to have exciting adventures. One day, Mark suggested to Sledge that they fly up to the edge of a ledge on the bridge and drop seeds on their sisters.
