Plaintiff’s Motion for Authority to Distribute Net Proceeds of Settlement having been filed and duly served upon all interested parties; the Court having heard testimony of the Personal Representative Denise Glarner, the Court having reviewed the Settlement

Agreement and General Release and being further fully informed and advised, finds that all medical, hospital, burial and funeral expenses of the Estate have been paid and further finds that the Distribution Plan is both reasonable and supported by evidence and adopted by this Court. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the net proceeds of the settlement after deductions for costs and attorney fees will be distributed equally among Denise Glarner, Hans Glarner and Nicholas Glarner. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Personal Representative is hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the disbursement of the settlement proceeds.
