Position Summary Perform daily operational and administrative duties to support transactions originated by the Branch’s Lending Group. Duties and Responsibilities: 1Handle domestic loan administrative work (funding arrangement, preparing Information Sheets, processing payment, etc.) based on the instructions received from agent banks and/or account officers on routine matters. Verifies that these instructions are in compliance with the terms set by the binding agreement. 2Capture credit related transactions and payments in the ATLAS system. Maintain operational ledgers and files of various forms in accordance with the Bank’s policy. 3Prepare various Information Sheets, tickets and confirmation forms for Corporate Finance transactions based on written instructions once deal is established. 4Process assigned non-routine loan activities such as purchases, refinancing, amendment, termination and sale. Establish new customers and facilities in Loantel/Nicotel, ATLAS and Loan Management Systems as necessary. 5Monitor and apply incoming fees and interest payments. Investigates cash discrepancies associated with the responsible accounts. Claim compensation when necessary and follow up reconcilement file. 6Handle back-office operations for bond acquired by Lending Group. This includes: capturing new bond product in Loantel and ATLAS systems; processing purchase, sale, redemption and coupon payment as well as timely funding of floating bonds. 7. Prepare various reports as requested by the supervisors.

Qualifications Candidates should offer 2 + years experience in banking operations Basic accounting knowledge and good mathematical aptitude
