Ingredients:- 2 well riped bananas 1 cup of all purpose flour 1 egg Half cup of sugar Half cup of milk A pinch of salt(optional) Method to prepare it: At first beat the egg well and then add sugar to it and mix well. Then smash the bananas well and mix them with the above. Now sieve the flour well and add it to the above said mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes . Now take a pan and pour oil in it for fry. Take a round bottomed spoon and take the mixture in it and pour it in the oil. When the appam turned into golden brown colour take it out. It tastes good. N.B. (It’s a tamil nadu dish enjoyed by all kinds of age)
