INSTRUCTIONS (IN BRIEF)

1. LAST DATE of submission of this application is given on DGCA website http://dgca.gov.in
2. The applicant should NOT forward their application for written examination with this application. They
should apply separately as per the schedule given on the DGCA website for the session.
3. LIST of ALLOTTED COMPUTER NUMBERS will be given on DGCA website two weeks prior to the last date
of submission of application for written examination of that session
4. Applicant shall read the CAR section -7 series B Part -1 prior to filling up this form and application form for
written examination . This CAR can be seen / downloaded from DGCA website or hard copy of the same can be
obtained from the English Book Store, 17 L,Connaught place , New Delhi -01
Application for written examination and last date of its submission can be seen and downloaded from DGCA
website http://dgca.gov.in
5. Applications should be submitted before their respective last date of submission but not before one
month prior to their respective last date.
6. List of admitted candidates will be given on DGCA website three weeks prior to date of examination
8. Electronic gadgets like Mobile phone are not permitted in the examination hall. Photo ID card (SPL, Airport entry
card issued by BCAS) shall be displayed during Examination.
9. Allotment of Computer number alone does not entitle any individual the right for acceptance of
candidature to appear in the examination.
