Maple Salmon 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 pound salmon 1. Stir all ingredients except fish in an ovenproof dish. Add salmon in a single layer, turning over to coat with sauce. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done. 3. Sauce can be used with rice as a side dish.
