Men’s Shirt Card Template

This is the outer jacket

Make a trifold card.


Cardstock is 10 ½ x 5 ¼.
Score at 2 3/8
on each side.

On the
jacket, score
and fold top
corners down
at 2 inches
down and 1
½ inches
across.

This is for the shirt.


Cardstock is 5 ¼ x 5 ¼ .

Cut down the middle at


2 inches.

Score and fold at 1 ½


inches down x 1 ½
inches across.

Score and fold at 1 inch


down x 1 inch across.

Glue the shirt to the


inside of the jacket.

For the pocket cut a 2 inch x 2 inch square. Cut a hankerchif out 2 inches
across at the bottom and gradually pointed on the top.
Cut a 2 x ¼ inch strip of cardstock for the top of the pocket.
You can add an embellishment onto the pocket for color. I have added a quilled rose.
