COURSE DESCRIPTION
This two day course will help the clinician better understand cancer, its causes, current medical options, typical side-effects, and current oncology rehab protocols in order to make sound clinical decisions when treating patients with cancer. Participants will gain an understanding of:

OBJECTIVES

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT


10.6 contact hours are pending approval for Occupational Therapists through the American Occupational Therapy Association. Continuing Nursing education contact hours will be awarded by the University of Colorado Hospital, an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accredita tion. Walk in registration may be accepted if the class is not full and will require an additional $10 charge for materials.
